I NEED HELP, these man boobs are destroying me, can you HELP?
I am 18 years old, male, 11 stone exactly (originally 13 - 5 months ago) 21 -22% body fat!

I have rather medium sized man boobs, when i am flat they are flat, when i crush my body together they are huge, when i sit they are big. NO SUGAR, CHOCOLATE etc, i HAVE GIVEN UP EVERY LUXURY since August last year, and what to see better results.

I am not that type of person who wants to lose weight but still have a little bit of chocolate, or the chinese, I have finished with it, will power is ruling my life, WHY AM I NOT SEEING BETTER RESULTS.

I need a trainer to give me a workout plan to get rid of them, something that will fight my fat, to get me to arounf 15 - 18% bodyfat, 10 stone i should think, as well as get rid of these hideously grotesque lumps. i HAVE NO girlfriend, never have had, never will at this rate, as my boobs are more likely to be bigger than hers!!! not really interested in that much though, just want to be lean, mean and HAPPY. Because stress can have an effect on weight.

I was a gym rat for several years and got really buffed up during that time.The bad thing about lifting weights is when you stop you loose a lot of muscle and yes you get man boobs.I’ve learned to live with them,which you may have to live with them also,but you said you were doing chest exercises which you’ll have to keep doing because if you quit they will turn into man boobs also.Sorry I couldn’t help.

First Kimbo now Carano. Poor Showtime lol.

Like Kimbo before her I was glad that Carano lost. She is a phony just like Kimbo was proven to be. Her first ‘real’ fight and she was destroyed. It really wasn’t a contest.

The only thing that impressed me about Carano,was that she was able to get out of the arm-bar. Other than that she was over-matched and was treated like a rag doll by Cyborg.

She basically just quit. She knew it would be stopped if she didn’t fight back and it should have been stopped a lot sooner than it was.

She is lucky that it didn’t go another round. I don’t think that she even wanted it to go another round lol. I wish that it did,just to enjoy watching her take more of a beating.

Advice for Carano: Gina,you fought like a girl. Quit and pose for playboy before you lose your so-called pretty face for good.

One last thing: Any white person that wears cornrolls or dreads deserves to take a beating.

Cyborg won’t lose anytime soon. Too aggressive, too strong, well-rounded. Unless Mega Mu packs on 30 lbs.

I really don’t believe the fight was that one sided. Yes, she took a severe beating; but she wasn’t going to lose any other way. The result had much to do with the physical disparity between the fighters. Gina’s lack of conditioning was obvious from the beginning. Her skills in muay thai and heart of a lion kept her afloat for most of the fight, but her offensive game was virtually non-existant. She has never been very good at exploiting the openings she so masterfully creates, but this time she was especially hesitant. She must have been exhausted and possibly psychologically shaken. I don’t think she’s too experienced with stronger opponents(discounting that punching bag who did nothing but tackle her for 3 rounds). Maybe, if she wasn’t pulverized at the last second, round 2 would have seen a clearer head and a genuine attempt at victory, or maybe she would have collapsed.
tl;dr Gina Carano needs to hit the gymn as hard as she hits the ring, er ah…octagon.

i'm failing all my classes and I don't know what to do to pull my grade back upp?
I’m taking Biology, Design, Spanish1, and American Literature.
Design isn’t what I’m failing. We don’t even have grades for that yet.
It’s the other three.
And I’m REALLY failing.

I had a rough start. My school does everything in semesters. The new semester started about two weeks ago. I have four classes a day for 88 minutes.

My brother died three weeks ago though. So getting back into school and starting my new classes (which are my hard ones) has been really tough. Especially since I’ve been so busy. People are always asking me to do stuff because I guess they feel bad and ahh. I’m so distracted the even though school is a really big problem, it hasn’t been my main focus. Nothing’s really been my main focus.
I don’t know how to get caught up.
I’m thinking about just taking my stuff and going to a bookstore this weekend so I can get all my work done and get caught up on everything. Study until I’m done.
I mean, I don’t know what else to do. I’m busy all the time! I’m trying to get a tutor but I don’t know when I’d meet with her!
It’s just difficult.
Any tips or advice to help me catch up?

I'm having problems with my dad?
I just want someone to just give me support pleasee, this is bothering me a lot. My dad has always been at work ever since i was two, and i barely ever saw him, so i never got to get close to him and instead i depended on my mom, and we became super close. So then about three years ago i found out my dad was cheating on my mom, although i wasn’t supposed to know that. I was furious. Because of him i’ve had to put up with the tensions between my mom and my dad, the fighting, the fake act they put on for me, the yelling they didn’t know i could hear for two years. Finally my parents go divorced and now i have to go to my dads every other weekend. I’m still angry at him for all the pain he caused me. But now since every other weekend it’s just me and my dad, he’s trying to be the father he never was and do stuff with me, but id rather go jump off a cliff. If id have i my way we’d never talk again. I don’t know why but i’m just so fed up with him i can’t be nice or anything so i’m just all cold to him. He’s self-absored, he yells at me if i don’t want to go down and watch a movie with him, or play a board game with him, or just simply because i don’t have enough enthusiasm when i’m talking. when he’s not yelling he treats me like i’m two still. Which just keeps building up the anger i already have. then my moms new boyfriend is self-absorbed and a suck up, he won’t even talk to me unless my mom is around. Whenever my mom has to go work and it’s just me and him, he leaves to go to "The store" for the whole time. He makes fun of me when he thinks i’m not listening, and always puts me down. I just wish i could have a fatherly figure in my life, and i always get so down when all my friends are talking about how loving their dads are….

You need someone close you can talk to about your problems.. Even an internet friend to let your frustrations out on. Someone who will listen. Have you tried talking to the school counselor? You have every right to be angry and upset. Have you tried to talk to your mom or dad about it? Have you told your mom how her new BF treats you? Have you tried recording on a phone or camcorder how he talks to you? Or how he "goes to the store the whole time". If you cant talk to your parents it is ok. Try to find someone to talk to so you do not have to keep this all bottled up inside. I feel for you and you can always email me just to have someone to vent too..

as a dad of two, I can say that cheating is not always just the dad’s fault. the mom wasn’t there, didn’t pay attention, didn’t realize that the dad had needs, too. but your dad screwed up, and feels bad. divorce isn’t a bad thing, it’s just a thing that happens. don’t begrudge him for not being there, as he and your mom were miserable together, so he strayed and worked a lot.

First of all, I don’t know how old you are so I hope this answer is helpful.

1 Your Dad. The next time you visit him, sit down with him and tell him how you feel…nicely. I would not necessarily bring up the fact that you knew he cheated (unless he knows you knew), but explain to him that all of those years he was "working" you never got to know him as a Dad and at this stage you feel really damaged by this. Explain to him how you feel about the family breaking up, and that all those years he was away you got very close to Mom and that cannot change over night. Tell him that you will try to be a daughter to him (and do try), but the feelings are hard and you will definitely try to be fair about it. Nicely tell him you are not two anymore and he missed a lot of your life and only time maybe will make up for it.

2 Your Mom. Drop a few hints to your Mom that this boyfriend is going to the store while she is at work. Try and find out how serious she is with this person, and drop some clues as to how he is acting while she is away.

3 The boyfriend. Ignore him. Do not be rude, but treat him the same as he is treating you. Eventually your Mom will see this interaction and if this situation between the two of them gets serious, she will have to ask you your thoughts on him. Then you can tell the truth, nicely.

The key here is to be nice. That way you do not come of as hating anyone or situation for any reason other than the way things have occurred and not that you would want them the same old way because the old way…from what you write…was just as bad.

Advice needed; how do I get along with my impossible neighbours over the holidays?
I am so fed up with the trashy neighbours I have in my trailer park; they are the most despicable, Christmas-hating bunch around! It’s difficult being a welfare mom in this economy, and I just want to make sure that my kids have a good Christmas, but it isn’t easy with this bunch, let me tell ya!

My twins, Buford and Buford #2, have caught hell from these Scrooges, too. How in the hell are they supposed to understand that Santa didn’t decide to leave their presents under the Garcia’s Christmas tree? It makes sense, given that there really isn’t room for presents under our beer can tree. Besides, they are just kids! They don’t know any better! By the way, I do NOT appreciate Mr. Garcia telling them there is no such thing as Santa; their poor, 14 year-old hearts are broken! I am going to check out if I can sue Mr. Garcia for mental stress–I’ve had to binge on the malt liquor since this mess began. Maybe I can use the religious angle and play up that my civil rights were violated; who’s to say we don’t worship St. Nicholas? As far as I’m concerned, baby Jesus rode to heaven in a sleigh pulled by reindeer!

Beyond this, I STILL haven’t gotten my pay-off check from my slip-and-fall at WalMart last week. Seems that they think it looks suspicious to have this happen every year at the same time four years running. You would think that one of my neighbours would step forward to vouch for my character, but no one is putting themselves out. I guess they are all upset over my roast possum feast from last year, like it’s my fault that that stupid possum had rabies. How was I to know? It looked healthy when my station wagon backed over it, and no one complained when they were eating it, but the minute Sissy Ellen Roundhouser starts foaming at the mouth, they all start calling for my head. If you ask me, all those shots in the stomach at the hospital added to their Christmas last year; not one of those bastards turned down the free hospital pudding, I noticed.

Anyway, you can see that I’m in a bad situation with such grinches as these for neighbours. What can I do to survive this holiday season and not end up bare-knuckling it on the steps of the church with a few of them like happened at the Christmas Eve service in 2006? I’d really appreciate any advice; despite having my Christmas lights on the trailer since Labour Day weekend, I just don’t feel in the holiday spirit.

I have read books where ex high priestesses state they have had sex with the infamous Lucifer. He tries to spawn children with them. These woman have risked their lives to escape satanism, and go on to tell their testimonies. Sounds far fetched until you read Genesis 6:2-4.

It is mostly believed by christians that Lucifer fell because of pride, that he wanted to be god and thus rebelled. It may however be also that he was tempted by beautiful women, as is suggested in the Book of Enoch, one of the Apocryphal books. In this book the whole tale of the fallen angels, that they "lay with the daughters of men" and from those unions the race of the Nephilim was sprung. As far as I know the bible doesn’t state that Lucifer specifically was tempted by human women nor if he ever did have sex with them. But considering that it is widely believed that most or all of the fallen angels did so, one can speculate that he did as well.

Why Ian Fleming not authorize the producers of 007 films to film the books The Spy Who Love Me and Moonraker?
The films The Spy Who Love Me (1977) and Moonraker (1979) is not adaptations of the homonymous books, the scripts are original stories. Why the reason for this? I don’t understand!

Due to the reactions by critics and fans, Fleming was not happy with the book, The Spy Who Love Me and consequently only gave permission for the title to be used when he sold the film rights to Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli. In 1977 the title was used for the tenth film in the EON Productions series. It was the third to star Roger Moore as British Secret Service agent, Commander James Bond. Per Fleming’s wish the film only uses the title and is therefore considered the first wholly original Bond film. The film was novelised the same year by screenwriter Christopher Wood and the resulting book was the first novelisation of a Bond film. To avoid confusion with Fleming’s novel, the book was named James Bond, The Spy Who Loved Me.

As with several previous Bond films, the story from Ian Fleming’s novel "Moonraker" is almost entirely dispensed with, here in favour of a film more in keeping with the era of science fiction. Indeed, at the end of the preceding The Spy Who Loved Me, For Your Eyes Only had been named as the title for the next film, but Moonraker was substituted instead

This past weekend (and judging by its per-screen-averages , if you lived in New York and L.A., you did), you witnessed what the dynamic duo of existential dread can now use their Oscar cred to get away with. Never before have they so perfectly, or so forcefully, expressed their unique Camus-meets-Keystone cops worldview. And in the process, they detonated any notion that a filmmaker owes his audiences a happy ending—or an ending, period. (“Endings are tough,” they recently admitted to VF Daily with disarming forthrightness.) Instead, they finish their latest screwboiled noir on a pre-apocalyptic tornado of doom that puts Bergman’s spider-god to shame. ,the Coens may be close to accomplishing something even more startling: a decade-by-decade cinematic portrait of this country that defines the American century. While would-be chronicler of our national psyche Oliver Stone got distracted filming video valentines to Latin American strongmen, the Coens went out and compiled a filmography to teach an A.P. U.S. History class from. That is, if you wanted to explode every starry-eyed myth this country thrives on and send Norman Rockwell popping wheelies in his grave. , the Coens turned the Great Depression’s socialist sobriety on its head thanks to George Clooney’s shit-eating Clark-Gable grin. (Watching that film is like seeing how Cervantes might have written The Three Stooges if he’d gotten a grant from the W.P.A.) Then the Coens a Palm d’Or for their foray into the 40s, with the postmodern panic of the seminal 60s had been a nagging gap in the Coens’ chronology, making one wonder if their biting lens trembled before the idealism of flower power. But never underestimate the brothers’ gift for sardonic despair. Where Ang Lee eulogized Woodstock this summer, the Coens re-defined the era with their own indelible image: an ossified rabbi quoting Jefferson Airplane to a stoned Midwestern Jew.

and plunking that filmin as a placeholder, it’s also possible the Coens are saving this least beloved chapter in American History for last. A bungled caper set in the Watergate Hotel? A screwball romcom-biopic of Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter? Or just Gerald Ford: the disco musical? Who knows, but whenever they tackle it, it will most likely be grim, frantic, and painfully hilarious.
